This story, out of Wilmington, Delaware, is so utterly outrageous, that it makes you want to scream. Yet another example of police powers run amok. It's criminal! There should be an immediate investigation into the murderous activity of the Wilmington, Del. Police Department, and Lt. William Browne, the shooter, in particular.
