High court backs no-knock searches

For those of you who don't believe we're living in a police state, just read this story and I think you'll start coming around to the hardcore reality.

And don't forget, police have been known to kick in doors and it's the wrong address. What happened to the slogan "To Protect and Serve"?

I'm having a hard time even understanding this ruling... from what it looks like, it's saying that you can't suppress evidence just because the police didn't announce or knock...

but what this translates to is police not feeling like they even have to announce or knock. Property rights schmoperty rights!

This is just another example of how they're trying to break the will - divide and conquer - our nation. This is all scripted, brother.

I found it! Ignore my previous posts asking where Spelunking went. This is just another step forward...widdle away a little at a time...while we are watching American Idol...or 24, or the Stanley Cup...take my rights...just not my TELEVISION!!! Welcome to the new America!

Sad but true. As the world crumbles, the satellite will still keep beaming in "As The World Turns."
