I'm having a hard time even understanding this ruling... from what it looks like, it's saying that you can't suppress evidence just because the police didn't announce or knock...
but what this translates to is police not feeling like they even have to announce or knock. Property rights schmoperty rights!
This is just another example of how they're trying to break the will - divide and conquer - our nation. This is all scripted, brother.
